Tom joined MJ Hudson in March 2010 and, alongside his Business Development activity, has Relationship Management responsibility for a number of the firms leading Pension Fund and Fund Manager clients.
Alongside managing ongoing client relationships, Tom also works with Institutional Investors who have appointed MJ Hudson to carry out one off reviews of their Global Custodians or Custodian Selection assignments.
Tom also has responsibility for executing Fee Benchmarking assignments on behalf of MJ Hudson clients.
Toms clients include Local Authority Pension Funds, major UK Defined Benefit Corporate Pension Schemes, Fund Managers (Multi-strategy Asset Managers) and Insurance Companies.
Experience
Tom has worked in the Financial Services industry for over 20 years and his experience covers both Fund Management and Asset Servicing. Between 1992 and 2006 Tom worked with State Street Bank and Trust Co. where he became responsible for senior bank relationships across the UK, Middle East and Africa. After leaving State Street in 2006 Tom moved to AEGON Asset Management in Edinburgh where he was responsible for relationship management and sales of the firms Fixed Income products to UK Pension Funds. Latterly Tom has worked with Legal and General Investment Management in London in the role of Client Account Manager. In this role Tom had responsibility for client service and sales of the firms Active Fixed Income, LDI and Index business.
